1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Jilievo BD platform (jilievobd.wine) and its services. Jilievo BD is an internationally licensed online betting and casino operator serving Bangladesh and other countries worldwide.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with Jilievo BD, the following requirements must be met. All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address at the time of registration.
• Family members of Jilievo BD employees are not permitted to open an account.

Account Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share your login credentials with anyone. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact Jilievo BD Support immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Jilievo BD complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Identity verification is therefore mandatory prior to withdrawals or when processing large transactions.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent bank statement or utility bill (for address verification)
• Screenshot or proof of payment method (Mobile Pay/Nagad account number)
• Selfie photo (if required)

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits at Jilievo BD can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• You must submit the correct transaction ID when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited — the name on the deposit must match the name on the account.
• If a deposit fails, send a screenshot to Jilievo BD support.
• If you wish to request a deposit refund for any reason, you must submit your request within 3 business days.

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from Jilievo BD. We aim to process all withdrawals within 3 to 30 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
• Jilievo BD sets a daily maximum withdrawal limit — VIP members are entitled to a higher limit
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus and promotion on Jilievo BD has its own specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you are agreeing to those terms.

Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and your bonus is ৳1,000, you will need to place a total of ৳20,000 in bets.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x to 30x (varies by offer)
• The wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Jilievo BD reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

7 Gaming Rules

All games on Jilievo BD are powered by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). Game outcomes are entirely random and free from any interference by Jilievo BD.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded
• Jilievo BD will not be held responsible for any game interruption caused by loss of internet connection
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final
• The use of any betting software or bots is strictly prohibited
• Game logs and server records will be treated as the definitive evidence in the event of any dispute

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Jilievo BD may suspend or permanently close an account without notice if any of the following occurs:

• Registering with false information
• Multiple Account Management
• Bonus Abuse or System Manipulation
• Suspected money laundering or fraud
• Violation of Platform Terms & Conditions
• Disrespectful behavior toward other members or staff

You may request to close your account at any time. Any outstanding balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Jilievo BD, please contact our customer support team first. We are committed to resolving all disputes promptly and fairly.

• Step 1: Submit your complaint via support chat or email.
• Step 2: If unresolved within 72 hours, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
• In the event of any dispute over game results, server logs will be treated as the final and definitive evidence.
• The maximum time limit to raise a dispute is 30 days from the date of the incident.
